Terms of use (EULA)
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Atlassian Marketplace app Undelete – Recycle Bin & Restore for Jira (the “App”) provided by Bc. Tomáš Buchta, sole trader, Company ID (IČO) 21540951, 30. dubna 2307/12, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic (“Vendor”). By installing or using the App you (“Customer”) agree to them.
- Licence. For the term of a valid subscription purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace (or free use where offered), the Vendor grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Customer’s Atlassian Cloud sites. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
- Restrictions. The Customer may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the App to build a competing product, except as permitted by law.
- Data. The App stores data only inside the Customer’s Atlassian Forge storage, as described in the privacy policy. The Customer remains the controller of its data; the Data Processing Addendum applies.
- Service and backups. The App helps restore deleted Jira content but is not a substitute for a complete backup. Content deleted before installation, content of excluded projects, attachments above the configured size limit or deleted before a backup copy was made, and content past the retention period cannot be restored.
- Support. Provided by e-mail as described on the support page, on a commercially reasonable basis.
- Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vendor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vendor’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, and the Vendor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
- Termination. The licence ends when the subscription ends or the App is uninstalled. Sections 3, 6 and 7 survive termination.
- Governing law. Czech law applies; courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
- Changes. The Vendor may update these terms; the current version is published on this page.
