This policy describes how the Atlassian Marketplace app “Asset Labels – Bulk QR Labels for Jira Assets” (the “App”) processes data. The App is provided by Bc. Tomáš Buchta, sole trader, Company ID (IČO) 21540951, registered office 30. dubna 2307/12, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic (“we”). Contact: support@tsutsei-support.atlassian.net.

1. What the App stores

Only label templates saved by users: the template name, label size, which attributes go on the label (attribute ids), the QR content choice, a footer text and the object type. The App stores no Assets data and no personal data (no account IDs, names or e-mail addresses).

2. What the App reads

To make labels, the App reads Assets object schemas, object types, attributes and objects in the user’s browser, with that user’s permissions. Labels (PDF, ZPL) are created in the browser and downloaded by the user; Assets data is never sent to or stored by the App’s backend.

3. Where the data is stored

All data is stored in Atlassian’s infrastructure (Forge Key-Value Store) and inherits Atlassian’s data residency. The App does not send data to any server outside Atlassian, and we (the vendor) have no access to it.

Label templates are processed solely to provide the App’s function on behalf of the Jira site, which acts as the controller; we act as processor (Art. 28 GDPR) for any personal data a customer chooses to type into a template (for example a name in the footer).

5. Retention

Templates are kept until they are deleted in the App. When the App is uninstalled, Atlassian deletes the App’s data according to its Forge data retention policy.

6. Data Processing Addendum

The Data Processing Addendum (Art. 28 GDPR) applies to all customers.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or share data. Sub-processor: Atlassian (hosting of the Forge platform).

8. Your rights

Users can delete templates and uninstall the App at any time. For requests concerning personal data, contact your Jira site admin or us at support@tsutsei-support.atlassian.net.
